This is a full-time on-site role located in Madurai for a Business Development Specialist. The specialist will identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build relationships with prospective clients. Core responsibilities include conducting market research, collaborating on strategies for client engagement, delivering presentations to showcase services, and maintaining a pipeline of potential business opportunities. The role also involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet targets and contribute to the company's growth.

• Strong Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify and seize business opportunities
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends and identifying growth strategies
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to work effectively in team environments
