Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field activities, references, leads, and customer interactions.
• Handle client inquiries and explain the company's interior design services and offerings.
• Coordinate with potential customers and schedule meetings/site visits for the design team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper lead conversion records.
• Work closely with the sales and design teams to achieve monthly business targets.
• Conduct market research to understand customer requirements and competitor activities.
• Maintain daily reports of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and client interactions.
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales and onboarding process.
• Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and business development initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Handling, or Customer Relationship Management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• Good presentation and coordination skills.
• Prior experience in Interior Design industry is required.
