Role Description
This is a remote internship for a Business Development Specialist role. The Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting comprehensive market research, developing relationships with potential clients, and supporting the business's growth initiatives. Additional tasks include preparing regular reports, analyzing business opportunities, and building strong customer service strategies to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Exceptional Communication abilities for effectively engaging with clients and team members
- Experience in Lead Generation and a proactive approach to growing business opportunities
- Proficiency in Market Research to assess competition, opportunities, and customer preferences
- Commitment to excellence in Customer Service and relationship building
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to adapt in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and business analysis frameworks is a plus
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
What you'll own:
- Building targeted prospect lists (startups, SMBs, product companies needing dev work)
- Running cold email + LinkedIn outreach sequences that get replies
- Booking qualified discovery calls for our founders
- Keeping the pipeline clean and the CRM updated
You're a fit if:
- ✅ 1–3 years in outbound sales, SDR, or lead gen (B2B / software services preferred)
- ✅ You write cold outreach that sounds human, not templated
- ✅ You know tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, Instantly, or Lemlist
- ✅ You own your number without being chased
