About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Appointment Generation Executive to join our B2B sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in generating qualified leads and setting appointments with decision-makers across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and decision-makers in the B2B segment.
- Reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate interest and schedule appointments.
- Understand client requirements and effectively communicate the company's products/services.
- Maintain and update prospect information in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Track and report outreach activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience as an Appointment Generation Executive or Business Development Executive in B2B Sales / Lead Generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
- Experience working with international clients (US/UK/Europe/Middle East) preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
