Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist - Fresher and Intern located in Bhubaneswar. In this role, you will identify business growth opportunities through lead generation, conduct thorough market research, and develop strategic partnerships. Responsibilities also include effective communication with stakeholders, fostering customer relationships, and collaborating with the team to strategize and achieve business goals. You will play an integral role in driving the company's growth and establishing long-lasting client relationships.

- Proven abilities in Lead Generation and Market Research for identifying and cultivating new opportunities.

- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Internships or prior academic experience in Business Development or related domains are a plus.
