The Business Development Specialist (BDS) will be a critical driver of the company's growth, focusing on expanding our client base within the MIDC and Industrial sectors. This role requires an ambitious, results-driven professional with proven experience and a sound understanding of the industrial/real estate ecosystem. The BDS will be responsible for the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation.
The Candidates Will Have Responsibilities Across The Following Functions
Lead Generation and Market Penetration:
- Targeted Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients (Developers, Industrial Park Owners, Commercial Enterprises, Investors, and large corporate occupiers) who require Industrial Consulting or real estate advisory services.
- Outreach Strategy: Execute effective outbound strategies, including cold calling and networking, to generate qualified leads and establish initial contact.
Client Engagement And Relationship Management
- Consultative Selling: Understand and analyze client business needs and pain points related to their industrial/real estate projects (e. g., feasibility studies, regulatory compliance, land acquisition, project management consultancy).
- Presentation and Pitching: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and service briefings that clearly articulate the company's value proposition and customized solutions.
Sales And Pipeline Management
- Negotiation and Closure: Lead techno-commercial negotiations to close deals and secure contracts, ensuring terms align with company profitability goals.
- Pipeline Tracking: Utilize CRM tools (e. g., Salesforce, Zoho) to meticulously manage and update the sales pipeline, track all activities, and forecast revenue accurately.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the Real Estate, Industrial, Commercial, or Infrastructure sector is a must.
- Direct experience selling consultancy, advisory, or technical services is highly preferred.
- Education and Technical Skills: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- The candidate must have exceptional communication skills and strong negotiation abilities.
- They should be result-oriented and possess strategic thinking to drive effective outcomes.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support business objectives is required.
- Experience Required: Business Development, Sales, or Client-Facing roles.
