Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist, based in Bhopal, India. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for lead funnelling and market expansion, picture candidates, upsells crosssales and excel maintainance with deadlines for lead tracking
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and business opportunities
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and building relationships
- Proficiency in lead funnelling and close ups
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service , fitness industry
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in business development or sales is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site role
