We are looking for a highly driven Field Sales / Business Development professional to help expand Voicedots across Tier 1 & Tier 2 Universities and Colleges in Hyderabad & Telangana.
This role is focused on:
- Building relationships with Universities & Institutions
- Generating qualified leads
- Converting opportunities into business
- Leveraging existing education-sector networks for faster market penetration
Preferred Background
We are specifically looking for candidates who have:
- Prior experience working with Universities / Colleges / EdTech / Education Sales
- Existing connections with decision-makers in Tier 1 & Tier 2 institutions
- Strong understanding of the education ecosystem
- Ability to independently manage field meetings and business conversations
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to Engineering, Medical & Business Schools
- Schedule and attend in-person meetings
- Build pipeline and manage follow-ups
- Coordinate demos and drive conversions
- Maintain strong institutional relationships
- Support regional business growth initiatives
Ideal Candidate
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Confident in field sales and relationship building
- Existing institutional contacts are a strong advantage
- Self-driven and execution-focused
- Comfortable with travel across Hyderabad & Telangana
Requirements
- Own 2-wheeler / 4-wheeler
- Working laptop (reliable performance, no hardware/battery issues)
- Smartphone with professional communication etiquette
- Minimum 3 years experience preferred in education/field sales
