Business Development Manager - Client Acquisition (Staffing)
ExpertsPro Placement Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to drive client acquisition for IT staffing services targeting India and US markets. The ideal candidate will proactively secure new business from staffing-related clients, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to revenue growth through targeted outreach and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients in India and US focusing on IT staffing needs (contract, contract-to-hire, permanent hire).
- Develop and execute business development strategies to meet quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers in HR, procurement, and talent acquisition teams.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends in staffing.
- Prepare and present proposals, RFPs, and pricing models tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and fulfillment.
- Track client pipeline.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong network of India and US clients (IT services, consulting, product companies).
- 3-5+ years of proven B2B client acquisition experience in IT staffing/recruitment industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (email, calls, virtual meetings).
- Proficiency in CRM tools (, Zoho People, LinkedIn Recruiter) and MS Office.
- Understanding of staffing models, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
- Ability to work IST hours with flexibility for US client calls.
- Target-driven mindset with experience meeting/exceeding revenue quotas.
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
- Location: Nava India, Coimbatore
