Role Overview
We're looking for a driven Business Development Specialist to support revenue growth across our finance and accounting outsourcing solutions. The role combines client acquisition, relationship management, and preparation of high-quality business presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through inbound and outbound channels
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across target markets
- Engage with CFOs, founders, and senior finance stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Prepare and customize client presentations, pitch decks, and proposals
- Articulate our service offerings and value proposition clearly
- Coordinate with internal teams to support proposals, negotiations, and closures
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline data in CRM systems
Requirements
- Commerce background (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, MBA Finance preferred)
- 15 years of experience in business development or client-facing roles
- Prior experience working in a CA firm, finance consulting firm, or professional services environment is highly preferred
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with consultative selling
