Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager – Business Development to lead strategic

initiatives and drive growth in Aerospace & Defence accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in government account handling, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities in emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies for Aerospace & Defence accounts.

• Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers in assigned accounts.

• Drive penetration and growth within existing accounts while safeguarding company interests against competitive threats.

• Manage multi-layered contracts and ensure compliance.

• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

• Monitor accounts receivable and maintain healthy financial relationships.

• Identify new technologies and trends to create new business opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams for solution development and delivery.

• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Electronics & Communication.

• Experience: Minimum 10+ years in government account handling, preferably in Aerospace & Defence.

• Strong presentation and communication skills.

• Excellent social and networking skills; ability to build lasting relationships.

• Knowledge of electronic system development life cycle.

• Experience in Embedded System sales (preferred).

• Expertise in negotiation and contract management.

• Ability to identify competitive threats and develop counter-strategies.

• High level of self-motivation and zeal to achieve targets.
