Business Development Representative (BDR) Hyderabad

Location: Hyderabad (on-site preferred; hybrid possible)

Type: Full-time

About the role

We're an integration services boutique focused on Salesforce + MuleSoft (with Boomi and Workato practices). You'll be the front line for outboundowning cold calls, email/LinkedIn sequences, and first meetings with AEs and prospects.

What you'll do

  • Outbound calling as the primary motion; book qualified first meetings and discovery calls.
  • Run multi-channel sequences via CRM, Clay, Instantly, LinkedIn; build & clean lists and ICPs.
  • Partner with Salesforce/MuleSoft/Boomi/Workato AEs and our delivery leads on joint outreach.
  • Translate our offers into problem-first messaging aligned to the buyer's world.
  • Manage pipeline hygiene, notes, and next steps in CRM; weekly reporting on activity outcomes.
  • Handle objections, re-engage stalled leads, and surface warm referrals in target accounts.
  • Coordinate handoffs to the sales closer and delivery team; ensure smooth meeting prep.

What you've done

  • 36 years as BDR/SDR in IT services (integration, data, or adjacent).
  • Strong phone presence and excellent spoken/written English; confident with US time-zone calling windows.
  • Worked directly with AEs and end clients; comfortable with executive outreach.
  • Hands-on with CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Instantly (or similar).
  • Proven record of meeting quotas (meetings set, SQLs, conversion).
  • Understanding of the Salesforce/MuleSoft/Boomi/Workato ecosystem and common buyer pain points.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into SMB and Mid-Market in North America.
  • Tools like Apollo/ZoomInfo/Lusha, Gong/Chorus, Slack, Notion.
  • Prior exposure to integration use cases (API-led, B2B/EDI, Data Cloud, APIM)
