ey Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Execution:
Lead and manage a team of 4-6 sales representatives, setting clear targets and
guiding them to achieve individual and team goals.
Develop and implement a city-specific sales strategy to identify and acquire new
clients, particularly businesses looking to expand through franchises or
commercial properties.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
Actively engage with business owners, franchise operators, and commercial
developers to understand their needs for new construction projects.
Present Brick & Bolt's services and value proposition, helping clients understand
how we can assist in building their new franchise locations or commercial
properties.
Business Development & Networking:
Build a strong local network and establish relationships with key stakeholders to
uncover new business opportunities.
Identify and qualify leads, nurture prospects, and drive the sales process from
initial contact to closure.
Team Support & Performance Monitoring:
Provide ongoing coaching and support to your team, ensuring they meet sales
targets and maintain high levels of performance.
Monitor individual performance, provide feedback, and adjust strategies to
maximize sales potential.
Market Analysis & Insights:
Stay informed on local market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to
adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
Leverage insights to fine-tune your approach, ensuring we're addressing the
most relevant needs in the market.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
Track sales activities and progress toward targets, providing regular updates and
forecasts to senior management.
Utilize CRM tools to ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and sales
progress.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in acquiring clients in the construction, real estate, or franchise
sectors.
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with business owners and developers.
