Role Summary
We are looking for a Sales Associate to drive brand onboarding and business growth.
This role focuses on acquiring new brands, pitching marketing solutions, and building
long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and onboard new brands through pitching and solution selling.
Build strong relationships with marketing and business stakeholders.
Identify growth opportunities and propose marketing and media solutions.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
Present proposals and negotiate commercial terms with clients.
Experience & Qualifications
25 years of experience in sales or business development (agency, martech,
digital marketing preferred).
Experience in B2B brand acquisition or partnerships is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple prospects and sales pipelines.
KPIs
Brand onboarding targets as per business requirement.
Revenue and pipeline targets.
