Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruchirappalli. This position focuses on identifying and nurturing partnerships with coaching centers, educational institutions, and corporate stakeholders to expand Brain Boosters network and offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential partners. The role also involves presenting Brain Boosters solutions to stakeholders, gathering feedback from students and partners, and collaborating with internal teams to refine services and offerings. The specialist is expected to manage pipelines, track performance metrics, and contribute to strategic initiatives that support the company's mission of accessible education.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience using data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvements.
• Excellent Communication abilities, including presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Proven Lead Generation experience, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management in an education or services environment.
• Background in Market Research to assess demand, competition, and partnership opportunities in target regions.
• Customer Service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships and ensuring partner and student satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, basic sales reporting, and MS Office or equivalent productivity software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; equivalent experience in business development or sales is also valued.
