We're Hiring: Business Development Executive – B2B Sales - SAAS

Are you someone who thrives on closing deals, building relationships, and driving growth in the staffing/RPO space This is your chance to join a fast-growing, high-impact team.

Role: Business Development Executive – RPO Sales

Location: Noida (On-site )

Experience: 2–6 years in Staffing / RPO / US Recruitment Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in RPO & staffing services

Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and networking

Build and maintain strong client relationships (US/Global markets)

Understand client hiring challenges and position tailored RPO solutions

Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals

Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in B2B sales (US market preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills

Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

Self-motivated with a hunter mindset

Experience with CRM tools and sales pipelines is a plus
