We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business, establishing strong client relationships, and driving significant revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify, qualify, and target new business opportunities and potential clients through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, digital outreach, market research).
Client Acquisition: Successfully manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing deals, meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly targets.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective business development strategies, market entry plans, and sales campaigns tailored to specific market segments.
Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to position the company competitively and identify new areas for growth.
Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information in the CRM system, and provide regular reports on performance metrics, forecasts, and sales pipeline status to management.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2+ years of progressive experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client-Facing roles.
Demonstrable success in Lead Generation and Client Acquisition.
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue.
Strong interpersonal skills for building and managing long-term Client Relationships.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
