We work with brands to drive high-intent customer acquisition through performance marketing, affiliate partnerships, app installs, lead generation, and growth campaigns at scale.
We are now expanding our Affiliate & App Growth vertical and are looking for a sharp, hungry, and commercially strong Business Development Manager who can onboard and grow relationships with brands looking to acquire users through affiliate and performance channels.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to acquire and manage advertiser relationships for app growth and performance campaigns.
You will work closely with:
Internal affiliate team
Product and operations teams
Your role is to bring new revenue opportunities into the company and scale client relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth
Reach out to brands directly, startups and app companies for performance marketing opportunities
Pitch app acquisition, CPI, CPA, CPL, CPR, and affiliate growth solutions
Build relationships with:
Fintech companies
Gaming apps
E-commerce brands
Insurance companies
EdTech companies
Healthcare apps
D2C brands
Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, networking, outbound outreach, events, and referrals
Campaign & Partnership Management
Understand client KPIs:
CPI
CAC
Retention
ROAS
Quality metrics
Coordinate internally with affiliate managers and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
Negotiate commercials, payouts, and delivery terms with clients
Ensure campaign scale and long-term relationship growth
Market Intelligence
Stay updated with:
App growth trends
Affiliate ecosystem
Mobile advertising trends
Performance marketing models
Identify new advertiser categories and revenue opportunities
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Skills
3–5 years experience in:
Business Development
Affiliate marketing
App growth
Performance marketing
Digital advertising sales
Mobile marketing
Strong understanding of:
CPI / CPA / CPL models
Affiliate ecosystem
Mobile app acquisition
Digital funnels
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Strong relationship-building capability
Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
Good To Have
Existing relationships with direct advertisers
Experience in app install campaigns
Understanding of attribution tools like AppsFlyer, Branch, Adjust, etc.
Experience working with affiliate networks, publishers, or media agencies
