Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist role based in Anand. The specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities through lead generation, outreach, and market research across target industries and geographies. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, preparing proposals, coordinating with technical and design teams to shape solutions, and presenting services to prospective clients. The role involves managing client relationships, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a smooth handoff from prospecting to project initiation and ongoing customer support. The specialist will also track business development metrics, provide regular reports, and contribute ideas for improving go-to-market strategies and service offerings.
