Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit MSME clients on-site to understand their business requirements and promote relevant loan and subsidy solutions.
  • Pitch government schemes/subsidies (like CGTMSE, CLCSS, Interest Subvention, etc.) and assist clients in availing financial benefits.
  • Collect necessary financial documents, coordinate with internal teams, and help prepare loan and project finance proposals.
  • Maintain a strong follow-up routine with potential and existing clients to ensure conversion and satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly business targets related to loan disbursements and subsidy advisory revenue.
  • Stay updated on changes in financial schemes, bank products, and MSME regulations.

What We are Looking For:

  • Someone street-smart, confident, and driven a not just desk-bound, but comfortable going out and meeting clients.
  • 5 Years Sales Engineering Background.
  • Prior experience in MSME lending, NBFC/BFSI field sales, or business development preferred.
  • Good understanding of MSME ecosystem, working capital needs, and government financial schemes.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills; fluency in local language is a big plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and digital documentation.
