Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Specialist (SaaS – USA Market)

Location: Trichy (On-site)

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift time : 06.30pm – 03.30 am

Experience: Minimum 3+ Years in B2B SaaS Lead Generation / Sales (US Market Preferred)

About the Role

We are a fast-growing SaaS company expanding into the US market and seeking a driven Business Development Specialist to accelerate our growth. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution — ideal for a competitive and results-oriented professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and generate qualified leads across multiple channels including LinkedIn, email, calls, and digital campaigns
  • Build, track, and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule demos and ensure smooth client handoffs
  • Meet and exceed monthly lead generation & conversion targets
  • Track outreach KPIs and optimize campaigns for improved efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS lead generation or sales — preferably targeting the US market
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, and prospecting tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong negotiation and follow-up skills
  • Self-starter mindset — proactive, accountable, and capable of working independently
  • Familiarity with the US B2B sales landscape will be an added advantage
