Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are enthusiastic about building a career in sales and marketing, client acquisition, and market research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (calls, emails, social media, networking).
- Pitch products/services to potential clients.
- Schedule meetings and product demos with clients.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documents.
- Maintain and update CRM/database with client information and progress reports.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Support the sales team in day-to-day operations and strategy planning.
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of MS Office, email writing, and presentation tools.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in business development/sales can apply.
Salary: 15,000 25,000 per month + Incentives (varies by location/company)
