Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane for a Business Development Senior Manager – Staffing Services. The person in this role will lead business development initiatives in the staffing domain, including identifying new client opportunities, generating leads, and building a strong sales pipeline. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, presenting MGrow's staffing solutions, preparing proposals, and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. The role also involves owning key client accounts, ensuring service satisfaction, and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The Business Development Senior Manager will collaborate closely with delivery, operations, and leadership teams to align client needs with staffing capabilities, forecast revenues, and support strategic growth plans.

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience in Business Development within Recruitment Consulting / Staffing / HR Services industry
  • Strong new client acquisition capabilities, including New Business Development and Business Development skills.
  • Proven experience in consultative Sales within staffing or recruitment services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Ability to manage and grow client relationships through effective Account Management and client engagement.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Contract Negotiation, proposal development, and closing complex deals.
  • Experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR services, with understanding of talent supply, demand, and workforce trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and pipeline management skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office or similar applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Thane, travel to client locations as needed, and mentor junior sales or business development team members.
