Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane for a Business Development Senior Manager – Staffing Services. The person in this role will lead business development initiatives in the staffing domain, including identifying new client opportunities, generating leads, and building a strong sales pipeline. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, presenting MGrow's staffing solutions, preparing proposals, and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. The role also involves owning key client accounts, ensuring service satisfaction, and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The Business Development Senior Manager will collaborate closely with delivery, operations, and leadership teams to align client needs with staffing capabilities, forecast revenues, and support strategic growth plans.
