- Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development & Sales Manager with experience in semiconductor components and IC turnkey solutions. The role focuses on driving revenue growth through new business development and managing key customer accounts. The candidate will work closely with customers to understand technical requirements and deliver solutions.
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers in semiconductor and electronics domains
- Develop business opportunities in semiconductor components and IC turnkey solutions
- Manage and grow key customer accounts and long-term relationships
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and track opportunities
- Achieve assigned revenue and business targets
- Deliver customer presentations, technical discussions, and solution proposals
- Coordinate with engineering and product teams for solution alignment
- Support customers during pre-sales and post-sales discussions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Participate in client meetings, industry events, and business reviews
- Maintain accurate reporting of sales activities and forecasts
Required Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or related discipline
- MBA or equivalent experience in sales/business development (preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in semiconductor sales or IC turnkey business
- Experience working with OEMs, EMS companies, or component distributors
- Technical Skills
Semiconductor & Electronics Knowledge
- Semiconductor components (ICs, analog, digital, mixed-signal)
- IC turnkey solutions / ASIC / SoC services
- Electronics fundamentals and system-level understanding
