Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Lead generation & funnel management:
- Run and manage lead generation funnels across platforms (LinkedIn, email, referrals, directories, etc.).
- Identify potential clients in target sectors and build qualified lead lists.
- Track funnel performance and optimise for conversion.
- Outreach & communication:
- Execute structured outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn messages, follow-ups).
- Draft personalised communication for prospects based on their business needs.
- Maintain consistent and professional brand communication.
- CRM & data management:
- Manage and update the CRM with all ongoing leads, activities, and pipeline stages.
- Ensure data accuracy, proper tagging, and follow-up tracking.
- Meeting scheduling & coordination:
- Schedule discovery calls, presentations, and pitch meetings with clients.
- Coordinate with the creative director, founders, and project teams to ensure meeting readiness.
- Maintain a shared weekly calendar for business development activities.
- Lead nurturing:
- Maintain warm communication with inbound and outbound leads.
- Share relevant case studies, presentations, credentials, and updates.
- Track engagement and conversions from interest to consultation.
- Collaboration & internal sync:
- Attend weekly sync-ups with founders and directors to share pipeline updates.
- Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and marketing material when needed.
- Support in market research for new opportunities and emerging industries.
