Job Description

Job Title: Sales & Partner Acquisition Intern Loan Products

Duration: 90 Days

About The Role

We are seeking motivated and dynamic interns to drive sales, partner acquisition, and customer sourcing for our loan products, including Home Loans, Loan Against Property, Personal Loans, and MSME/Business Loans. This is a field-driven role that requires networking with key stakeholders, executing on-ground campaigns, and ensuring a seamless experience for partners and customers alike.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and contribute to business growth.

Key Purpose

To achieve sales and acquisition targets by effectively pitching loan products, onboarding channel partners and customers, and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Acquisition & Networking:
  • Identify, engage, and onboard channel partners such as builders, dealers, brokers, CA firms, financial consultants, corporates, and trade associations.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with partners to drive loan sourcing and revenue growth.
  • Leverage networking events, industry clusters, and referrals to expand the partner ecosystem.
  • Customer Acquisition & Sales:
  • Actively source customers through field visits, open-market engagement, and partner referrals.
  • Execute sales pitches and product presentations to both partners and customers.
  • Maintain records of interactions, leads, and conversions to track performance and optimize strategies.
  • Marketing & Campaign Execution:
  • Implement on-ground marketing initiatives, workshops, and campaigns to drive awareness and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of activities and messaging.
  • Market Analysis & Feedback:
  • Conduct market mapping of commercial and industrial clusters for potential opportunities.
  • Gather insights and feedback from partners and customers to improve processes and offerings.
