- Connect with customers through phone calls or chat on WhatsApp.
- Schedule appointments, close sales, and update tags on the CRM.
- Be punctual and deliver a fixed amount of conversation time with customers.
- Assist in developing targeted campaigns for the company's audience.
- Maintain a proactive and receptive learning attitude.
- Work on customer relationship management to build trust and loyalty.
- Manage pre-sales to post-sales support activities, ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.
