Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Client Acquisition & Sales
  • Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, Instagram, cold outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Pitch our services (website development, SEO, social media, etc.) with confidence and clarity
  • Convert leads into long-term clients
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Act as the go-to person for clients once they're onboarded
  • Understand client requirements deeply and translate them into clear briefs
  • Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities
  • Coordination & Execution
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams (designers, developers, marketers)
  • Ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of projects
  • Follow up proactively—no client should ever feel lost
  • Strategy & Growth Thinking
  • Suggest marketing strategies based on client goals
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities
  • Reporting & Ownership
  • Maintain records of leads, conversions, and client interactions
  • Take ownership of revenue targets and performance goals
