Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Make outbound calls to potential participants, organizations, partners, exhibitors, and award applicants.
- Promote OPIF and generate interest among prospective stakeholders.
- Share information regarding the event agenda, speakers, participation benefits, registration process, exhibition opportunities, partnerships, and awards.
- Respond to participant queries via phone calls and emails.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects to maximize registrations and participation.
- Maintain and update outreach databases, call logs, and communication records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Support email marketing and outreach campaigns.
- Meet daily and weekly outreach targets.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve participant engagement and outreach processes.
- Assist in other event-related coordination activities as required.
