About Flip Retail
Flip Retail is a Jaipur-based technology company building practical software for real businesses. Our flagship products include:
- Custom ERP & Order Management Systems — built for distributors, manufacturers, and B2B operations that have outgrown spreadsheets and Tally.
- Jewelshoot — an AI-powered jewelry photography product that replaces expensive studio shoots for jewellers and e-commerce sellers.
- AI agents, automations, and custom software — for SMBs and growing brands.
We've delivered 50+ projects across India and abroad, with a 30-client portfolio and strong word-of-mouth in the SMB, jewellery, and B2B distribution space. We're now hiring our first BD & Marketing intern to help us turn inbound interest into a real sales pipeline.
What You'll Do
Sales & Business Development (the core of the role)
- Source and qualify leads for our two main products: ERP / Order Management Systems and Jewelshoot.
- Build a pipeline of jewellers (for Jewelshoot) and SMB distributors/manufacturers/retailers (for ERP) through outbound outreach, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, cold email, industry groups, and on-ground visits in Jaipur, where useful.
- Run discovery calls, understand the prospect's workflow, and pitch the right product or custom-build engagement.
- Coordinate demos with the founder / tech team and follow through to close.
- Maintain a clean CRM (HubSpot / Notion / Sheets) with every lead, status, and next action.
Marketing
- Own day-to-day social media for Flip Retail and Jewelshoot — Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts.
- Plan and ship a weekly content calendar: product demos, customer stories, before/after Jewelshoot reels, founder POVs, ERP case studies.
- Write copy for landing pages, ads, email sequences, and outreach scripts.
- Run small-budget paid experiments (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn) and report on what's working.
- Help with SEO basics, GMB, directory listings, and review collection.
