We aren't looking for typical sales people; we are looking for growth partners who have a founder mindset and can explain complex tech to sophisticated clients.Lead Generation & Research: Identify and research high-value prospects in the AI, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure space.
Outreach & Prospecting: Execute cold outreach (Email, LinkedIn, Calls) to book meetings with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and IT Decision Makers.
Technical Discovery: Understand a prospect's infrastructure pain points and articulate how our VoiceAI solutions solve them.
Market Intelligence: Research competitors and industry trends to help the founders refine the sales pitch.
Founder Support: Work directly with the leadership team to move deals through the pipeline.
Founder Mindset: You don't wait for instructions. You see a gap and you fill it.
Exceptional Communication: Clear, concise, and persuasive in both written (Email/LinkedIn) and verbal communication.
Research Prowess: Ability to find the right person at a target company and understand their role before reaching out.
Grit: Sales involves rejection. You need the persistence to keep going and the intelligence to pivot your approach when something isn't working.
Attention to Detail: No typos in emails
