Internship Summary:

Join one of India's fastest-growing business consulting firms and get hands-on experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and B2B sales. This 2-month internship offers you the opportunity to work directly with PBS's growth team, helping businesses scale smarter and faster. High-performing interns may be offered an extension or full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads via LinkedIn, IndiaMART, Justdial, Fiverr, Upwork, etc.
  • Client Acquisition: Initiate outreach through emails, calls, and meetings to acquire new clients
  • B2B Sales: Drive B2B sales through strategic prospecting
  • Proposal & Negotiation: Draft compelling proposals and assist in negotiation
  • Client Onboarding: Onboard new clients and support account setup
  • Customer Support: Provide customer support and maintain service standards
  • Digital Marketing: Manage and schedule content on PBS's social media platforms
  • Reporting: Maintain weekly reports and performance dashboards

Preferred Skills & Tools:

  • Prior experience (via internship or employment) in lead generation, client acquisition, and/or B2B sales is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Apollo.io, Prospect.io, or any CRM/lead management tool
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi
  • Strong networking and persuasion skills
  • Proactive, organized, and results-driven approach

Internship Details:

  • Duration: 2 months (with potential extension or employment offer)
  • Location: Work from home (Pune-based candidates preferred)
  • Timing: MonFri: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM, Sat: 10:00 AM 2:30 PM
  • Stipend: 5,000/month
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 25,000 based on results
  • Certificate: Provided upon successful completion
