We are looking for a motivated Business Development & Sales Intern who is eager to learn how agencies acquire and manage clients. This role is ideal for students pursuing MBA, BBA, or other management-related programs who want hands-on exposure to sales, client acquisition, and business strategy in a real agency environment.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Intern, you will help identify potential clients, generate leads, support sales conversations, and assist in building new business opportunities for the agency.
You will work closely with the founders and marketing team to understand client needs and help convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients who may benefit from digital marketing services
- Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and online research
- Assist in initiating conversations with prospective clients via email, LinkedIn, or calls
- Support the sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and opportunities
- Participate in sales discussions and help prepare proposals or presentations
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
- Stay updated on industry trends, marketing services, and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align client requirements with agency services
Who Should Apply
- Students currently pursuing MBA, BBA, or other business/management programs
- Strong interest in sales, business development, marketing, or entrepreneurship
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable interacting with new people
- Organized and able to manage follow-ups and sales activities
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or digital tools for outreach is a plus
Work Structure
- Hybrid role based in Pune
- Flexible work hours that can accommodate your college schedule
- Expected to be available during standard working hours at least 23 days per week for meetings and collaboration
