Educational Qualifications
Candidates should possess a minimum bachelor's degree relevant to the domain they will support.
- Engineering: B.E., B.Tech., or related Engineering disciplines.
- Healthcare: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Nursing, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Medical Laboratory Sciences, or related fields.
- Finance: B.Com, BBA, Finance, Accounting, Economics, MBA (Finance), or related disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Research companies across Engineering, Healthcare, and Finance sectors with active job openings and hiring needs.
- Identify organizations that may require staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions.
- Monitor job boards, company career pages, LinkedIn, and other reliable sources to identify new hiring opportunities.
- Research companies, hiring trends, open positions, competitors, and relevant decision-makers.
- Identify key hiring managers, HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Use AI tools and online research platforms to improve research efficiency and lead generation.
- Maintain organized databases and continuously update company, contact, and hiring information.
