Generate 4 to 5 qualified hiring tech role leads.
Help the Sales team in Closure by doing relevant client communication
Understand the ideal customers of the companies and Draft Responses to the Prospect on their Challenges.
Identify & Approach Key Decision makers with the Prospects
Identify & Approach Key Influencers with the Prospects
Send 30 highly Personalized emails to Decision Makers & Influencers
Make 80 to 100 Warm/Cold Call to Qualify the Prospects
Create an Email Template Library

Send Linkedin Requests & In mails to Prospects and Increase the chance of
Success
Utilize Companies CRM tool to run all the activities
Report to Director of Demand generation
Fill Daily, weekly & Monthly Report
Be a part of the Meetings.
Requirements
1 or 1.5+ Years of Experience in Product Company Sales team & Tech
Outsourcing Industry
A degree in Computer Science
Bachelors with Technology or Commerce Background
Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre call planning, call control, account
development, and time management.
Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.
Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
Excellent listening skills.
Strong written communication skills.
Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and work ethic.
Experience with customer relationship management software.
