Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in Pune City. The responsibilities include identifying and generating sales leads, building strong client relationships, conducting market research, and converting leads into customers. The ideal candidate will engage in direct communication with potential customers to understand their energy needs, provide tailored solar solutions, and contribute to the growth of SunSage's presence in the B2B and B2C markets.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales strategies
  • Strong ability in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
  • Exceptional Communication skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in an on-site dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in the renewable energy sector or similar industries is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
