Outbound BDR who thrives on building pipeline from scratch and opening doors that others can't.
What You'll Do
- Own outbound pipeline generation across global markets
- Identify and research high-potential accounts aligned with our ICP
- Execute multi-channel outbound strategies across email, LinkedIn, calls, and creative outreach
- Craft highly personalized messaging that cuts through noise and drives engagement
- Initiate and lead discovery conversations to understand prospect pain points and qualify opportunities
- Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives and ensure strong context handoff
- Build and nurture outbound sequences to convert cold prospects into warm opportunities
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track outreach, engagement, and conversion metrics
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and campaigns
Great If You've Achieved This
- 1 year experience in outbound sales, cold outreach, or pipeline generation in SaaS or tech
- Strong understanding of ICP building, account research, and segmentation
- Ability to write sharp, personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages
- Comfortable with cold calling and initiating conversations with senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with qualification frameworks like BANT, MEDDIC, or CHAMP
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (HubSpot, Apollo, etc.)
- High ownership mindset with a bias for action and experimentation
- Strong understanding of SaaS and recruitment tech landscape

- Develop a deep understanding of product, ICP, and target markets
- Build and execute outbound sequences across key segments
- Start generating consistent meetings through outbound efforts
