Role Overview:
- We are hiring an enterprise-focused outbound sales professional to drive first conversations with large organisations across India. This is a 100% outbound role designed for someone who enjoys initiating conversations, building credibility, and opening doors at the enterprise level.
- The core responsibility of this role is to initiate high-quality conversations with senior decision-makers and schedule well-qualified meetings. You will not be responsible for delivering presentations or closing deals.
- A dedicated senior sales team takes over once meetings are scheduled. Your success is measured by the relevance, quality, and intent of the conversations you create.
- This role plays a critical part in shaping the quality of the enterprise sales pipeline and sits at the very front of YourDOST's growth engine.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will execute pure outbound prospecting using cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn-based engagement.
- This includes researching and prioritising enterprise accounts, identifying relevant stakeholders, and crafting outreach that resonates with senior leadership.
- You will initiate conversations with HR Heads, CHROs, CIOs, procurement leaders, and business or functional heads.
- These conversations are expected to be thoughtful, professional, and context-aware, reflecting an understanding of enterprise realities rather than transactional selling.
- A key part of the role involves qualifying opportunities and scheduling high-intent discovery meetings for the senior sales team.
- You will ensure that each meeting is accompanied by clear context, notes, and stakeholder insight to enable effective handover.
- You will maintain structured prospecting and outreach data using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, and continuously refine messaging based on persona, industry, and objection patterns.
- Handling objections with clarity, confidence, and maturity is a core expectation of the role.
Experience and Requirements:
- Graduation or post-graduation is mandatory.
- A minumum of 2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales or business development, with prior exposure to enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
- You should have a polished professional presence and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort engaging CXOs and senior management.
- Strong cold calling fundamentals, resilience, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are essential for success in this role.
- Experience with CRMs, dialers, outbound sequencing tools, or prospecting data sources such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred but not mandatory.
