About the role
We are looking for - A Sales Development professional with experience of engaging with equivalent VP
and C Level Executives. Your role is to navigate relentlessly through relationships in existing customers
and identify new Sales opportunities via Referrals ,Phone reach outs, LinkedIn and Email campaigns. As
the first line of communication with prospects, ideal candidates should possess a strong understanding of
the sales process, excelling at researching leads, nurturing & navigating through existing customer
relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilize LinkedIn, email and phone calls to generate new sales opportunities by engaging CXO/VP
level contacts in the NA Enterprise Segment
Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services through consultative
conversations. Doing deep account research to identify the right set of Economic and Functional
buyers to go after
Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
through repeatable nurture motion
Update and maintain Hubspot CRM and various other marketing systems accurately
Set up discovery meetings between customer contacts and sales executive.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
2 - 7 years of BD/inside sales experience
MUST HAVE SKILLS
BD/inside sales experience, with a consistent track record of setting up discovery calls and
creating the qualified opportunities
Strong communication skills via phone and email
Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
Experience working in the North America Market (Experience in SAAS/CX/EX Space)
A strong understanding of both the Sales & the Marketing Funnel
Open to work in North America Shift timings
Proficiency with HubSpot or other tools such as 6Sense, Outreach.io, Loom, Orum etc
