Job Description:

- Shape agency needs and improve agency quality.

- Manage daily agency operations, provide operational suggestions, and resolve issues.

- Maintain relationships with agency owners and key members to improve retention and stability.

- Provide upward feedback based on agency suggestions and follow up on improvement measures.

- Cooperate with the team on event planning, suggest ideas, and monitor the launch and execution process.
