Fine Twist Global Exports is a growing business services and lead generation company serving clients in the United States. We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Associates to join our USA process.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential US-based business clients

• Conduct outbound calls to prospects and introduce our services

• Generate qualified leads and business opportunities

• Understand prospect requirements and identify suitable solutions

• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team

• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups

• Follow up with prospects through calls, email, and other communication channels

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients

• Work closely with the sales and operations teams

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills

• Comfortable speaking with US customers and businesses

• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge

• Willingness to work in US shifts

• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome

• Prior experience in US calling, B2B sales, lead generation, telemarketing, or business development is an advantage

Preferred Candidate

• Comfortable making outbound calls

• Strong conversational English with a neutral or clear accent

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to handle rejection professionally

• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated and capable of working toward targets

₹15000 - ₹50000 per month + incentives
