About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to focus on the UK region, driving lead generation, prospect qualification, and pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will have experience selling SaaS solutions, MarTech tools, or digital marketing services and a strong understanding of the UK B2B sales culture.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients in the UK market.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Qualify prospects and hand over to the sales team for closure.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings, demos, and presentations.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing and MarTech trends in the UK region.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation and meeting targets.

Required Skills

  • Experience: 2–5 years in business development, inside sales, or lead generation.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience in SaaS, MarTech, or digital marketing sales is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, lead-gen platforms, and CRMs.
  • Understanding of the UK business landscape and B2B buying processes.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling digital marketing solutions (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  • Exposure to enterprise clients in the UK region.
