Location: Remote / Hybrid (Bangalore Preferred)

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) with proven experience in Salesforce lead generation, prospecting, and outbound sales development. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at identifying Salesforce opportunities, engaging senior decision-makers, and building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

As a key member of the business development team, you will work closely with Sales Consultants to drive strategic outreach initiatives, generate high-quality meetings, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and generate qualified leads within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Build targeted prospect lists and identify key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Engage with C-level executives, business leaders, and technology decision-makers to uncover opportunities.
  • Schedule and coordinate qualified discovery meetings for Sales Consultants.
  • Consistently achieve weekly targets of 4–5 qualified meetings.
  • Maintain accurate lead, activity, and pipeline data within CRM platforms.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize messaging, outreach strategies, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and nurture a strong pipeline of prospective Salesforce customers and partners.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation.
  • Strong experience in Salesforce services, Salesforce consulting, Salesforce implementation, or Salesforce ecosystem prospecting.
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and appointment setting.
  • Experience engaging and communicating with C-level executives and senior business stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and social selling.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with Salesforce consulting, implementation, managed services, or digital transformation organizations.
  • Understanding of Salesforce products, solutions, and business value propositions.
  • Experience supporting global sales teams and international markets.

  • Bangalore-based candidates are preferred for collaboration purposes; however, remote candidates with relevant Salesforce business development experience are encouraged to apply.
