We are looking for a driven and commercially sharp Business Development Representative (BDR) to accelerate our Oracle NetSuite sales growth in India and support opportunities across global markets. This role is ideal for someone who understands ERP consulting sales, enjoys consultative conversations, and is motivated by building long-term client relationships rather than transactional selling.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for Oracle NetSuite ERP (OneWorld, Financials, ARM, SuiteProjects, Integrations, etc.).
- Manage the end-to-end lead lifecycle: prospecting, discovery, qualification, and handover to solution consultants.
- Engage with CXOs, Finance Heads, Controllers, IT Heads, and Transformation Leaders.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand business challenges and position NetSuite as a strategic solution.
- Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to craft value-driven proposals.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate pipeline, forecasts, and activity tracking.
- Support partner-led sales motions and Oracle ecosystem initiatives where applicable.
- Represent the company in webinars, events, and virtual demos when required.
Required Skills & Experience- 26 years of experience in ERP / SaaS / Technology Consulting sales.
- Strong exposure to Oracle NetSuite sales or closely related ERP platforms (SAP, Dynamics, Oracle Fusion).
- Proven experience in B2B consultative selling, not just lead generation.
- Ability to understand finance, accounting, and operational workflows at a high level.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working with global clients and cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
Preferred (Nice to Have)- Prior experience working with NetSuite Partners / System Integrators.
- Familiarity with India, US, Middle East, or EU markets.
- Experience selling to Private Equitybacked, SaaS, Consulting, Manufacturing, or Financial Services clients.
- Understanding of ERP implementations, integrations, and digital transformation programs.
