Role Overview
kim.cc is hiring a quota-carrying BDR to own the complete sales cycle for the North American market, from prospecting to closing. You will sell our AI + Human hybrid customer support solution to ecommerce and D2C brands, driving revenue through outbound motion and consultative selling.
This is a Bangalore-based, 5 days/week in-office role, requiring availability during US business hours (EST/CST/PST).
Key Responsibilities
- Generate pipeline through outbound (email, LinkedIn, phone).
- Run discovery calls, qualify prospects, and deliver tailored product demos.
- Manage objections, pricing discussions, negotiations, and close deals.
- Own revenue targets and maintain accurate CRM forecasting.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and CS to refine GTM strategy.
Requirements
- 2+ years selling into the North American market (mandatory).
- 25 years B2B SaaS sales experience with full-cycle closing exposure.
- Strong outbound, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in ecommerce, CX, customer support, or AI/SaaS preferred.
- Comfortable working US time zones.
- Bangalore-based with in-office availability.
