Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Actively prospect and identify new potential clients through research, networking, and targeted outreach

Database & CRM Management

  • Maintain and update lead databases with accurate and current prospect information

Sales Tools & Market Research

  • Utilize modern sales tools and software for lead tracking, management, and analysis
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities

Collaboration & Feedback

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies
  • Gather feedback on lead quality and conversion outcomes to refine outreach approaches

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and present reports on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness
  • Analyze performance data to continuously improve sales development efforts
