Job Description

As Business Development Representatives (BDR) for ANZ, you are responsible for helpingindividuals, teams, and enterprises unleash creativity and productivity with industry-leading tools like Creative Cloud, Acrobat, and Adobe Express.

What you'll do

You are the main driving force for identifying and providinghigh-value opportunities into the Sales pipeline.You are thefirst line of relationship development with prospective high-value accounts.

  • Build awareness and interest in Adobe's Digital Media solutions (Creative Cloud, Adobe Acrobat Studio, Adobe Express, Adobe Sign, Firefly Services, etc.).

  • Deliver a consultative approach to selling taking time to understand the prospect's business, their goals, objectives, and challenges before recommending a solution.

  • Consistently achieve quality pipeline, progression of them& other metrics such as Inbound lead follow-up & outbound account engagement metrics.

  • Manage territory creation plan for your key account executives & their accounts. Researching key accounts, identifying decision-makers, generating interest, and developing accounts to stimulate opportunity.

  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop Target Accounts and inbound leads to createsales-readyleads and opportunities.

  • Quickly route prospects and current customers to appropriate colleagues to assist in solving problems and driving value. Nurtures & provides education on areas of interest for underinformed customers.

  • Set up, attend & run qualification meetings with customers in partnership with relevant Account Executive & Solution Consultants. Updating CRM, Outreach, and other tools as necessary to ensure capture of key history & ensuring a smooth hand-off to the relevant Account Executive as necessary.

  • Exceed monthly and quarterly targets forqualifiedpipelineopportunities.

  • Providing closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimisation.

  • The business development rep must be technical and understand Adobe's Digital Marketing solutions.

Skills

  • 2 years of experience as a BDR or in a similar role, specifically supportingthe creative industry space.

  • Track record of successful business development in software oratech sales environment.Knowledge of creatives within an agency environment would be an advantage.

  • Self-starter with high motivation, independence, resilience, and ability to collaborate with sales & marketing teams to deliver pipe creation goals.

  • Proven sales skills delivering inbound & outbound experiences and building strong relationships at multiple levels within an organisation.

  • Strong communication including listening, written, and verbal skills

  • Experience managing all areas of the BDR process, including account planning, pre-call preparation, opportunity qualification, and objection handling.

  • Ability to quickly learn & understand sophisticated business problems & translate customers needs into solutions plays.

  • Consistently achieving inside sales goals in an automated sales environment where accurate entry and management of lead data in a CRM system was required.

  • Positive & upbeat personality who loves to spend time engaging customers through phone, social media & email. Curious to learn always be asking questions!

  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office) and experience with sales tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, SFDC, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc.

  • Strong time management and ability to ruthlessly prioritise key tasks
