Role Overview
The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with B2B customers while driving business growth through lead generation, market outreach, and customer acquisition activities. The role combines account management and business development responsibilities within the solar and renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing B2B customers.
- Understand client energy requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Handle client queries, negotiations, and post-sales relationship management.
Business Development & Marketing
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in commercial and industrial sectors.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging opportunities.
- Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Promote the company's solar products and services through direct marketing activities.
- Build partnerships with businesses, distributors, builders, institutions, and industrial clients.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade events, and networking activities to expand market reach.
- Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipeline, and lead tracking reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, relationship management.
- Experience in solar, renewable energy, electrical, or industrial products preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and close business opportunities.
- Good understanding of commercial sales processes and customer handling.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within Hyderabad and nearby industrial areas for client meetings.
