Role Overview
We are seeking a high-impact sales professional (Hunter) to drive revenue growth for our Internal Audit & Financial Advisory practice in the domestic Indian market.
This is a pure hunter role (80–90% new business acquisition) with a strong focus on opening new accounts, building a robust pipeline, and closing high-value consulting engagements across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition and revenue generation across:
- Internal Audit, IFC & SOX
- Forensic & Fraud Risk Services
- Compliance & Regulatory Advisory
- Next-Gen Internal Audit & Transformation
- iProedge solutions
- SOP design & optimization
- Technology / IT Audit
- Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
- Integrated Assurance
- Build and own a strong pipeline of prospects across sectors (BFSI, Manufacturing, Fintech, Startups, etc.)
- Proactively identify, approach, and convert new clients through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
- Engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders (CFOs, CROs, CIOs, Heads of Internal Audit / Compliance)
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle:
- Lead generation
- Solutioning with internal teams
- Proposal creation
- Commercial negotiations
- Deal closure
- Drive cross-sell and multi-service deals by positioning integrated solutions
- Collaborate with delivery teams to craft customized, value-driven proposals
- Track market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to refine go-to-market strategies
Key Requirements
- 6–12+ years of experience in selling Internal Audit / Risk Advisory / Consulting services
- Proven track record of new client acquisition and revenue ownership
- Strong network with CFOs, Risk Heads, Compliance Leaders, Audit Heads
- Experience in Big4 / Consulting / Risk Advisory firms preferred
- Strong understanding of:
- Internal Audit, IFC, SOX
- Risk & Compliance frameworks
- Technology / IT audits
- ERM
