Role Description

This is an intern based 3 months role located in Kolkata for a Business Development - Property Addition professional. The role involves identifying and onboarding new homestay properties, conducting market research to find potential partners, generating leads, and negotiating terms with property owners. The candidate will also manage relationships with property owners and ensure their ongoing satisfaction with the platform. Regular reporting and achieving key business development targets will also be required.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends and assessing potential properties
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with property owners
• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to expand the network of homestay properties
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets within deadlines
• Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Good communication in Hindi mandatory
